Anyone interested in watches can become a member of WWE providing your prime residence is located in Manitoba. Your watch preferences or budget is not important as members have a large variety of interests and money to spend on their passion. As our club develops, no doubt sub-interests will develop in areas such as vintage watches, divers, luxury brands etc.. These groups are encouraged and as they develop, we will set up specific forums on our bulletin board to match those needs. Live outside Manitoba? We accept 5 outside members per year, but you will have to sell us on your enthusiam as we get lots of outside requests each year.


HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER

If you are interested in becoming a Winnipeg Watch Enthusiast member sign yourself up on the WWE Forums/Bulletin Board. Click the "Register" tab at the top of the page and create a user name and add a password and your email address. We will soon approve you as a member as long as you are from Manitoba.

Please note: we have strict rules about when you are eligible to sell watches on the club forums. You must be a member for at least one month and you must have posted on the forums at least twenty times. In addition, members can only post a maximum of 10 watches for sale in a 90 day period. Exceptions may be granted if agreed to by forum moderators RickG or Wpgwatchdoc. If it is determined that you are using these forum for commercial sales (unless you are a WWE sponsor), then your membership will be immediately terminated. To sell a watch(s) at the quarterly club meetings, the individual must have been a member for at least 60 days prior regardless of their forum participation.

Membership Contributions

In addition to our sponsors, Independent Jewellers, Gold Time and Stewart's Horology, an annual membership fundraising drive is held in November of each year. If you are a new member and would like to make a contribution to the club upon joining go to our donations page
